All meetings are held on the 2nd Saturday of the month, starting at noon. Our next meeting is on August 19 (a change from our usual week) at Peppino's Sports Grille, 1515 Eastport Drive, Kentwood

Dues are $25.00 annually. Guests may attend two regular meetings without obligation to join the group.

August 19th - Alex Kourvo: Showing vs. Telling. "Show, don't tell" is well-worn advice for fiction writers, but what does this really mean? In this workshop, Alex Kourvo will discuss when to show and when to tell, how to choose the right details, and why our own imaginations can get in the way.
